In version 0.5tc2 there is new touchscreen calibration file
When you upload new software, you will notice calibration squares that appear in the 4 corners of the touch screen
If you install the new version, and are experiencing difficulties, try the following:
- Restart Tester by holding Left and Right button together for roughly 10 seconds
- Then try to install new software following our Software Update Guide
- After installation is complete, you should see the calibration screen with red numbers in each square
- Touch each square in order and they will turn green - after all 4 corners are set, the display will be calibrated
If for some reason you do not see a calibration screen after installing a new version, then follow these steps:
- Connect tester to computer via USB cable
- When the main menu appears, press up and down button together
- In computer directory you will see a new USB drive appear
- In that USB drive you will delete all files named “calibrated“ (you need to see hidden files - in windows folder options, select the checkbox titled “Show hidden files, folders and drives”)
- After restarting the tester, you should see the calibration screen and can follow the steps above.
