Some ethernet feeds show no activity on the IQ even though if you plug the cable into a computer, the network is active.
If I run a POE test, I can see proper voltage. The port even lights up that the IQ is plugged into. However the ETH indicator does not illuminate.

Can you comment on the type of switch being used in this setup? We aren't sure why this would happen, we might need to look at the specific switch in question.
