Re: Latest Software
Any update on this? This is now starting to feel like a dead product. The initial hype for it was good, however I have 3 of these units that do not function on our enterprise network (which was a known bug over a year ago).
It has a lot of potential, and I am still hopeful that it's as successful as thought.

Re: Latest Software
The next firmware release version is being tested right now. Most of the functionality has been completely reworked, so if not all, then almost all known bugs from firmware releases before the next version should be fixed.
Software performance and stability has been improved a lot in the next version.
- One of the main stability bug fixes is the tester randomly crashing when RDM is enabled and ethernet packets are either being received or sent.
The next release will include almost all planned tester functions with the biggest exception being RDM over ArtNet.
@Ryan.gottlieb;
The problem you mentioned about the IQTester not being able to see sACN universes or other protocols-
The ArtNet and sACN receiver window will now have an option to join a range of sACN/ArtNet universes you want to see.
After selecting the range, the IQTester will be able to receive sACN/ArtNet universes through managed switches.
The only thing that the user needs to know is what universes should be there to set the universe range, because it is not really possible to join all ArtNet and sACN universes (>80000 universes) at the same.
This feature has been added for sACN and ArtNet. Other multicast based protocols might still have the problem of not showing up in the IQTester protocol detector when connected to a managed switch. A custom multicast address range join option will be added in a later release for that.
We are trying as hard as we can to get the next release ready as soon as possible.

Re: Latest Software
Is there any further update on this?
Re: Latest Software
Version 1.0.1 is now live to download via the forum. Please check the announcements area for more information.
Note: the process for updating has changed a bit because we've introduced a new bootloader which allows the device to update via USB. Hopefully this makes updates a little easier for the future.
