Start Code Counter

Just wondering if it would be possible to include a display of received 'start codes'
this is a feature of the 'artistic license microscope' which I have found useful in the past.

It is possible to add a DMX start code counter -
This feature might be added closer to version 1.0

Version 0.7 is being developed at the time of writing this
IQ Tester / IQ Two v2.x
