Re: Sending sACN on a dedicated IP adress
Hello Right now in version 1.1.7, the IQ Tester can only send sACN to the automatic sACN multicast range 239.255.x.x Also the sACN protocol detector in v1.1.7 only marks a packet as sACN if the destination is inside the 239.255.x.x range. RDM Identify be sorted as it sometimes gets locked on and appears to backload from a fixture and switch on again resulting in needing to reset the fixture. How the IQ Tester handles RDM i...

Re: Strange MAB length
The reading is not correct. Does it still show the same value after restarting the IQ Tester? There is a problem with the Break/MAB measurements - the measurement will stop updating after it reads a very incorrect value like this. A restart should fix the problem for now. This usually happens when p...

1. Can you please send the test result details of the 802.3af test? (after running the test, press [Details] in the 802.3af row) 2. Also do the A and B pair voltages show anything >0V during the test? 3. And if you have other switches available, does 802.3af or 802.3at finish successfully on any oth...

Re: Boot up error Ver1.1.7
A fix for this problem will be added in the next firmware release.
Until then-
If this happens again, hold down [LEFT] and [RIGHT] buttons until the screen turns black or the startup screen appears again.
Holding down [LEFT] + [RIGHT] should restart the IQTester after 10-15 seconds.

Re: Ethernet UDP/Serial
A way to send custom UDP packets in string/hex/file format will probably be added at some point, but I don't know how soon that might happen

Re: Ethernet UDP/Serial
What exactly do you mean by Serial UDP commands? Don't think I have heard of anything like that before

Re: RDM - Devices Offline
Found another bug that would cause the IQTester to not be able to read or set parameters after a bad request label response. A fix will be included in the next firmware bugfix release.
