Two quite hard clicks or three normal clicks and I can get it to shortcut full or zero.

Cisco Business 350. If you're in LA, I can bring one over for testing if it will help?

Some ethernet feeds show no activity on the IQ even though if you plug the cable into a computer, the network is active.

If I run a POE test, I can see proper voltage. The port even lights up that the IQ is plugged into. However the ETH indicator does not illuminate.

Trying to sort out why Active VLAN isn't working as expected. When I plug a network testing tool into a cable I see clearly a VLAN number appear. However, if I try the same with the IQ, it doesn't always show it.

Power on with ethernet connected.
DMX Receiver. One sACN universe (999) transmitted from 10.0.1.199.
Click on it to see the universe (no levels are being sent, this is normal).
Click the red 'X' to close. Tester crashes.

It has been a couple years since any software updates. Are there any plans to expand the software or is it locked now?

Request ability to address RDM SubFixtures. Currently I could only get a DMXCat to do this.

Bump. This tester is super useful. VLAN Tag ID is the one feature that would still round it out for me
