Are there plans to implement LTC to MIDI TC conversion as well? I have an occasional need for MTC. Currently use another device to do this conversion, but it would be great if CodeClock could do this conversion so I can carry one less device.

Our LTC devices can handle inputs from multiple simultaneously running timecode streams, but only one stream is forwarded to the dot-matrix display and various outputs
Usually we call this the "Primary Source" - all other inputs, whether active or inactive, are considered secondary
So to answer your question, yes there is conversion. If the Primary in your case is LTC, then all outputs (LTC, MTC via DIN-5 and MTC via USB) will sync to that input time
