SYSTEM CRASH RESTARTING "cable test function + DMX scope function"

Hello.
Unfortunately we have a problem with our ProPlex IQ Tester LV. The system always crashes as soon as we use the "Cable test function", "DMX scope function". Software version: 1.1.4r. Unfortunately no improvement after the software update to 1.1.5. What can we do? Best regards.
