Can we get support added for IEEE Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) plus the Cisco and Extreme Discovery Protocols (CDP and EDP) to display the VLAN and nearest switch model, slot, and port?

The [Network Status] window shows LLDP "Port ID" and "System name" fields above the BACK button if an LLDP packet is detected since firmware version 0.6.3.
Support for CDP and EDP is planned but will probably not be added before version 0.9

Yes, vlan tag viewing would be awesome.

Bump. This tester is super useful. VLAN Tag ID is the one feature that would still round it out for me

Any update on this request? this was something that was discussed during launch, still a feature that is very much needed (The VLAN tag)
I know the Active VLAN tab and it shows tagged (some of them) packets. but a Linkrunner is able to show you what vlan the untagged port is sitting on.

Thanks for following up
Is our current implementation of LLDP detection not suitable for your network?
Just wondering if you can explain a bit more your use case for CDP
