A fix for this problem will be added in the next firmware release.

Until then-
If this happens again, hold down [LEFT] and [RIGHT] buttons until the screen turns black or the startup screen appears again.
Holding down [LEFT] + [RIGHT] should restart the IQTester after 10-15 seconds.

A way to send custom UDP packets in string/hex/file format will probably be added at some point, but I don't know how soon that might happen

What exactly do you mean by Serial UDP commands? Don't think I have heard of anything like that before

Found another bug that would cause the IQTester to not be able to read or set parameters after a bad request label response. A fix will be included in the next firmware bugfix release.
